MANGGA MNL is an emerging food brand preparing for its market debut in the Philippines. Founded by a Korean entrepreneur based in the country, the brand blends local flavor inspiration with international influence. Its initial product launch will take place across select branches of Caferoo, including locations in Tagaytay, Quezon City, and Malate.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The client already has a clear initial vision for their brand identity, which provides a strong foundation for development. Our role is to refine and elevate that direction by combining their insights with our expertise in branding strategy. Through this collaborative process, we aim to create a more cohesive, sustainable, and impactful brand system one that not only aligns visually but also communicates the brand’s core values, positioning, and long-term goals effectively. By grounding creative decisions in strategy, we ensure the brand remains adaptable, relevant, and consistent across all touchpoints.

WHAT WE DID

Our role spanned brand evolution, UX/UI strategy, and digital design execution. We began by refining the visual language—introducing new typography, grid systems, and interaction models that better reflected the client’s vision.

Through iterative design sprints and user validation, we optimized key workflows and crafted an experience that feels seamless across devices. Accessibility and clarity remained at the core of every decision, ensuring the product serves a broad and diverse user base.

The final deliverables included a robust design system and development-ready assets. Our close collaboration with the engineering team enabled a smooth transition from concept to live product, ensuring the vision was executed with precision.

RESULTS

The redesigned product launched successfully, delivering measurable improvements in user engagement and brand perception. Clients and users alike praised the elevated experience, noting its clarity, ease of use, and modern visual identity.

Internally, the scalable design system empowered the client’s team to maintain and extend the product with confidence. Early feedback highlighted improved onboarding, higher task completion rates, and stronger user satisfaction.

This project exemplifies the impact of strategic design and close collaboration—resulting in a product that drives both business outcomes and user delight.
